Insurance and Fees

Initial Session: $175, Individual Sessions: $150.

I accept the following PPO insurance plans:

Blue Cross Blue Shield
United Healthcare
Aetna
Cigna

I do not accept HMO plans. If you have an insurance plan I do not accept and would still like to work with me, I would be happy to provide you with a super bill to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement.
