About Me

Since 2005, I have worked with hundreds of individuals with various issues in settings such as a residential treatment center, community mental health center, two hospitals, a college counseling center and a group private practice.  I earned a Masters Degree in Clinical Psychology with a specialization in counseling from the Chicago School of Professional Psychology in 2012 and I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) in the state of Illinois. I have specialized training in treating trauma and PTSD. In 2023, I decided to pursue my dream of building my own private psychotherapy practice.     

My favorite thing about being a mental health therapist is connecting with my clients.  I enjoy getting to know each person I work with individually as well as their life story and I am honored that others allow me to be a part of their journey. As a therapist, I consider myself a human being sitting with another human being while offering space for healing and growth.
